How We Do It

The beauty of our Tailored Trips is how easy it is to plan a vacation. No need to research and coordinate all aspects of your trip. Just tell us some basic info about your party and their interests and we handle the rest. It's easy as 1-2-3 to your Jamaican getaway.

Tell Us About Your Trip

Assign one person from your party as the designated coordinator. Tell us about your trip—like the dates of your vacation, how many people you’re bringing, what kind of activities you’re interested in. Fill out a short survey and off we go.

Let’s Discuss the Possibilities

We take your interests and come up with the best possibilities to maximize your experience on the island. Let’s chat via email, phone, or Skype to work out the details. Got questions? We are happy to answer them.

Review Itinerary and All-Inclusive Cost

Based on your interests, we’ll come up with a Daily Itinerary for each day of your stay. Your group can review it on our website. We’ll make any adjustments so everyone feels good about the trip. We’ll also tell you how much it will cost in one all-inclusive fee per person. There are no hidden or additional cost once you arrive or leave (with the exception of restaurants and courtesy tips).

Agreement and Payment

Once we finalize your itinerary, we need a deposit equal to 25% of the trip from each person to be paid through our secure web page. Finally, each person in the party will be given an invoice to make payment. We also offer a payment plan where members of your party can make scheduled periodic payments. All balance must be paid 30 days prior to your flight.

Arrival and Activities

Bring your passport, changes of outfit, sunscreen and an adventurous spirit. We’re ready to welcome you at the airport in our private car. Your adventure begins!

Changing Plans

We work  as flexibly as possible to address your changing plans and make all possible adjustments. Need to change an activity on the itinerary? No problem, as long as we can fit it into your day without too much hassles.

Cancellations

In the rare situation where cancellations are required, here's how we handle refunds.

​

  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival: no penalty, deposit is 100% refundable

  • 59-30 days prior to arrival: the initial deposit is not refundable

  • 29-15 days prior arrival: 70% of the villa price refundable

  • 14 days and less before arrival: villa price not refundable
