Custom Itinerary
We put together a customized daily itinerary of where to go and what to do and eat, based on your group's interests.
Flights
You can opt to have us arrange all flights for your group.

All transfers beginning and ending at the airport. Ron will be your personal guide and chauffeur your group in a private vehicle around the island.
Accommodation
Stay comfortably at our gated private villas near Ochos Rios.
Food & Drink
Meals are prepared at your private villa by your private chef and the bar stocked with drinks of your choice.

Assign one person from your party as the designated coordinator. Tell us about your trip—like the dates of your vacation, how many people you’re bringing, what kind of activities you’re interested in. Fill out a short survey and off we go.

We take your interests and come up with the best possibilities to maximize your experience on the island. Let’s chat via email, phone, or Skype to work out the details. Got questions? We are happy to answer them.

Based on your interests, we’ll come up with a Daily Itinerary for each day of your stay. Your group can review it on our website. We’ll make any adjustments so everyone feels good about the trip. We’ll also tell you how much it will cost in one all-inclusive fee per person. There are no hidden or additional cost once you arrive or leave (with the exception of restaurants and courtesy tips).

Once we finalize your itinerary, we need a deposit equal to 25% of the trip from each person to be paid through our secure web page. Finally, each person in the party will be given an invoice to make payment. We also offer a payment plan where members of your party can make scheduled periodic payments. All balance must be paid 30 days prior to your flight.

The Fine Print
Changes
We work as flexibly as possible to address your changing plans and make all possible adjustments. Need to change an activity on the itinerary? No problem, as long as we can fit it into your day without too much hassle.
Cancellations

Up to 60 days prior to arrival: no penalty, deposit is 100% refundable

59-30 days prior to arrival: the initial deposit is not refundable

29-15 days prior arrival: 70% of the villa price refundable
